Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Suleyman was exceptionally kind and attentive, always making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. In general, the whole staff was very professional and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety and fresh options every day. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, always clean and well maintained. Overall, everything was excellent, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!
